This is a small studio, not a big company, so this policy is short and in plain language. It explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

Who we are

DreamCloud Studio, a web design studio based in Pagsanjan, Laguna, Philippines. You can reach us at emil@dreamcloud-studio.com or 09153896742.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, your phone number or email address, your business name, the package you are interested in, and your message.
Basic technical information: your IP address and the date and time of your submission, recorded automatically with each enquiry so we can block spam.
Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. This uses cookies and tells us about visitors as a group, not as individuals.
Approximate region: the homepage checks your general region through the service ipapi.co so it can show a line about being local to visitors in Calabarzon. Only your IP address is involved and we do not store the result.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your say-so.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is emailed to our own mailbox and saved on our web server so a message is never lost if email fails. The only third parties involved are the ones that make the website work: our web host, our email provider, Google Analytics, and Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can look back at past conversations and quotes. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Email emil@dreamcloud-studio.com and we will action it, normally within a few days.

Cookies

This site sets cookies through Google Analytics only. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the website will still work normally.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, and the file holding enquiries is blocked from public access at the server level. No website is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, ID numbers, or bank details through the contact form.
